Customers shall get Refund against Cancellation of order or any failed payment by way of credit to the original mode of payment - Credit/Debit Card or UPI or Net Banking or Third-Party Wallet.
All the parts and products are available for the return within 7- 10 business days.
For any product or part that needs to be replaced or returned due to any reason, upon verification of request a new part or product will be provided within 7-10 days of request.
Refund against Return:
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can choose to get their refund on Return(s) through one of the below options. The refund shall be initiated within 5 to 7 days from the date of return pickup.
Bank Account:
Refund credited to the Bank Account entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.
In case of transaction failure due to invalid bank account details, M/s Bharat Enterprises Services Solutions reserves the right to refund the amount to the M/s Bharat Enterprises Services Solutions Wallet of the customer.
The refund shall be initiated and credited within 5 to 7 days from the date of return pickup.
Refund credited to the Bank Account associated with the UPI ID entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.
In case the payment is made by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Third-Party Wallet, you may get the refund within 5-7 working days. Kindly note that there may be delays in refunds as they are handled by the bank.
Refund against Denied/Canceled Order by M/s Bharat Enterprises Services Solutions
In case of an online paid order, customers shall get a refund by way of credit to the original mode of payment, such as Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking, or Third-Party Wallet.
In case of a refund through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Third-Party Wallet, the credit may be received within 5-7 working days.
While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, the refund process is handled by the bank.
There may be a delay in refund timing, and we have no control over that.
