ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the Energy Sector activities on site as per the requirements of the Engineering, Mechanical & technical specification and drawings.
  • Indent materials that are required on site for the construction activities.
  • Prepare daily program in advance in co-ordination with the site foreman / supervisor and request for the necessary resources for carrying out the same.
  • Constantly record the use of Energy resources on site and report to the superior.
  • Preparing checklist, pour cards and other records as per the companies QMS system.
  • Preparation of Bar Bending schedule
  • Coordinate with HSE & Quality in order to continually monitor and improve safety, quality and environmental performance.
  • Keep records of daily progress and report it to the site management in the prescribed format.
  • Communicate all site related issues amongst the Energy team.
  • Ready the construction site each day the current project by preparing materials, tools and equipment.
  • Apply new project instructions for each job and make adjustment as direction by the Energy manager or supervisor.
  • Wear clean safety equipment, such as ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, helmets, and boots that are in good repair.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations when operating equipment or walking on the job site even when not on active duty.
  • Maintain a brisk and productive pace of activities to complete all assigned tasks within time constraints.
  • Leave Construction equipment and tools clean, organized, and stored in an orderly fashion after each use.
  • Provide assistance to other team members on various tasks if your duties are completed ahead of schedule.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • ITI/ Diploma/ Engineering/ Polytechnic for Engineering, Mechanical and Technical Department.
  • 10th & 12th For Construction Labor.
  • 0-3 Years of experience in execution of large infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in Expressway/ Thermal/ Nuclear/ Industrial/ Commercial/ Residential project is preferred.
